The X Files
Power, fame, and even success can corrupt people and change them in weird ways. The X-Files was a culture-defining show and a good example of the fame phenomenon. Despite millions of people falling in love with Agents Scully and Mulder, the stars of the hit show were anything but friendly partners in real life. On-set, these two delivered some knockout performances. Once the cameras stopped rolling they made sure to try and stay as far away from each other as physically possible. Both stars admitted that as the show got more popular, they both became much more difficult and almost irrational to work with! Thankfully, none of that spilled over into their scenes.
