"Herostratus" is a British film in which Helen Mirren plays in her first movie in a seductive scene where she is basically talking to the viewers with her enticing words. The movie is centered around a young unemployed and unnoticed poet who plans to commit suicide by jumping off a tall building but he wants to do it by making agrandiose statement against society for not "understanding him." Helen Mirren went on to perform in many more movies and television shows, some of which include: Troilus and Cressida; Hamlet; Where Angels Fear to Tread; The Prince of Egypt (voice); The Tempest.
