She also combines it with strength training, kickboxing, and ab workouts. Just thinking about all that is exhausting! Like other stars, she says that water is the most important thing you can give your body. Because of that, she nixed caffeine and alcohol from her diet. She also eats clean, whole foods for a nutrient-rich lifestyle. Â
