Diaz prefers anything outside and anything that makes her feel strong whether that's yoga, Pilates, strength training, or cardio.
The real secret is diet. This reformed, self-proclaimed fast-food addict has largely cut anything fried out of her diet. Instead, she aims to eat a Mediterranean diet. Diaz explained how a balanced, nutrient-rich diet helped her skin, made her feel better, and look fantastic. Â
