Cindy Crawford's (54) go-to exercise is equal parts cardio and strength training, with 20 minutes of cardio (trampoline, treadmill, or elliptical) and then weights. She also enjoys going to a pole dancing class with her friends. Crawford tries to squeeze in a workout at least three times a week.
Then there's her diet. She has one strict rule: no processed food. Diet-wise, she doesn't eat "crap" and she "doesn't eat a lot of packaged foods." She'll go for a protein shake for breakfast, salad for lunch, and something healthy for dinner.
