Gabrielle Union
Gabrielle Union (47) has been very concerned about her health for quite a while. During an interview with Women's Health, she stated her family has a history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. So, she wanted exercise to be a big part of her life.
Union focuses on doing full-body compound exercises that work multiple muscles at once. She also loves strength training, cardio for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day, and Pilates. When she's exercising, she does her best to do it outside to soak up as much vitamin D as possible. Another huge secret? Water, and tons of it. As far as her diet, she's mostly vegan.
