Shakira
Shakira's (43) hips don't lie - working out is extreme for her. To keep a figure like her, she works out six days a week on top of tons of dance rehearsals. Her fitness routine follows the same structure, but she switches it up to keep things fresh. While some days she focuses on HIIT, other days she does circuit classes.
Being a mom of two, it's hard to see how she has so much time! Eating is much more consistent with a parent - she eats small meals throughout the day. Balance is essential to maintaining her figure, so she only eats fresh and healthy meals, excluding anything with sugar or dairy. Shakira is still known to have a cheat day here and there, though. Â
